RETURNS

Wedding Accessories by Weddingstar

We do not give credit on shipping charges. If we ship an incorrect product we will replace the item with no charge shipping and accept the wrong item as a return with no restocking fee. There is full credit for products damaged in shipping. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. To return an item, retailers must contact Our Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Should you receive your order & wish to return it a restocking fee & shipping charges will be applied. Before returning an item always make sure to contact Our Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without an authorization number will be rejected.

Invitations by Carlson Craft

We do not give credit on shipping charges. There are NO RETURNS on invitations or other personalized items. Invitations and personalized items are a FINAL SALE! All other Carlson Craft Items must have a Return Authorization Number given by our customer service department before shipping the item back. Should you fail to return an item without a return authorization number it will be refused.

You'll find we have the most liberal return policy around. You can return most anything within three months of the order date for any reason.
No questions asked. (Personalized items cannot be returned.) Simply contact
Our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number. Any returned items not having a return authorization number will not be accepted. We do not give credit on shipping charges.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of order for return authorization. Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. There is a $10.00 Service fee on cancelling your order. For personalized orders, including invitations, if your order has already been printed / personalized you will be charged the full price of the order.

Changes to Your Order

If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it.

Please be especially careful when ordering Invitations or Personalizing any items to avoid the cost of having it reprinted. Personalized items & invitations cannot be fixed or adjusted once they are printed. Make sure to check & double check, even tripple check your orders before sending them especially when they are personalized. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the order that is placed is accurate. 

Backorders / Out of Stock

Should your favors be backordered (temporarily out of stock), we will contact you immediately to verify whether you would like to have your shipped when the product is available or you may chose another item that is available at the time of ordering.
